POLICIES
CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS
Courses can only be booked on receipt of deposit. The deposit amount will be stated at the time of booking.
Upon payment you will receive your course manual and/or access to online theory where applicable. After receiving access to course materials you will no longer be eligible for full or partial refund, as the deposit is considered payment for the course materials.
Where there is no course manual (upskill, one-to-one and none-accredited courses only), cancellations made with sufficient notice may be eligible for a full or partial refund, the amount will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are unable to re-sell your appointment.
Less than 14 days notice will normally forfeit the deposit. In some circumstances the deposit may be eligible for transfer to another date for the same course that was cancelled, or in exceptional cases another course or credit. This is at the discretion of The Little Training Salon management.
Failure to attend your training without notification will result in forfeit of your deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or business.
